The psychology performance package is perfect for the golfer who wants to improve their mental game as well as their golf skills and performance. This package links the mental game to your golf game. If you would like to improve your confidence, decision making, course management, concentration and golf skills then this package is the one for you. Outline of the course. 1st Lesson - 30 minute consultation about your performance, goals and mental game. Followed by a 30 minute practical activity to link your mental game to performance. 2nd lesson - Practical to help improve your mental game and performance. (Could be on the range, short game or golf course depending on the golfer.) 3rd lesson - Practical to help improve your mental game and performance. (Could be on the range, short game or golf course depending on the golfer.) Followed by a 15 minute follow up review. For each session please bring your golf clubs, along with pen and paper (or something to take notes with). Please remember to log in when booking your sessions!
